Jain & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors, effective October 12, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy and for a term of five consecutive years until the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026.
